Akimat of the Mangystau region represented by the Department of Education of the Mangystau Region announces a competition to determine the private partner of the public-private partnership project “Transfer to trust management of 10 school canteens in the Mangistau region”:
No. 1. “Transfer to the trust management of the canteen in the State Institution “Akshukur school-lyceum” of the Akimat of the Tupkaragan district”;
No. 2. “Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU “Secondary school No. 1” of the Munayly district department of education of the Akimat of the Munayly district”;
No. 3. “Transfer to the trust management of the canteen at KSU “Secondary school No. 2 of the Munayly district department of education of the Akimat of the Munayly district”;
No. 4. "Transfer to the trust management of the canteen at KSU" Secondary school No. 9 "of the city of Aktau, Mangistau region";
No. 5. "Transfer to the trust management of the canteen at KSU" Secondary school No. 2 "of the city of Aktau, Mangistau region";
No. 6. "Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU" Secondary School No. 3 "of the Akimat of Zhanaozen";
No. 7. “Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU “Lyceum School “Daryn” of the Akimat of Zhanaozen”;
No. 8. “Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU “Secondary School No. 1 named after T.Aliyev” of the Akimat of Zhanaozen”;
No. 9. "Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU" Secondary School named after Abay" of the Akimat of the Beineu district";
No. 10. "Transfer to trust management of the canteen at KSU "Zhumagali Kaldygaraev Secondary School" Akimat of the Beineu District".
All potential participants meeting the qualification requirements specified in Art. 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public-private partnership" and the tender documentation for the selection of a private partner.
Full and detailed information on the PPP project, a list of necessary documents and requirements for potential participants for participation and provision to the organizer of the tender are indicated in the tender documentation.
Copies of the tender documentation can be obtained from 9-00 to 12-30 hours and from 14-00 to 18-30 at the State Institution “Education Department of the Mangystau Region” at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Mangistau Region, Aktau city, 3 b district, building No. 52, 2nd floor, room 207, starting from the moment of publication of this announcement in the media.
Applications for participation in the competition (of the established form) are submitted by potential private partners or their authorized representatives to the Organizer of the competition on purpose or by using registered mail at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, index 130 000, Mangistau region, Aktau, 3b microdistrict, building 52, 2 floor, room 207, up to 15 hours 00 minutes February 21, 2020.
Deadline for submitting applications: until 3 p.m. on February 21, 2020.
Potential private partners who have expressed a desire to participate in the tender must submit documents confirming compliance with the qualification requirements, on the basis of which the qualification selection will be carried out together with the tender application by: 15 hours 00 minutes February 21, 2020.
Opening of envelopes with competitive applications will be carried out on February 21, 2020 at 16:00 in the State Institution “Education Department of the Mangistau Region”
