Forms of participation of private partners

Business entities participate in public-private partnership in following ways:  

1.   Financing of public-private partnership projects;

2. Designing, construction, creation, reconstruction, modernization and (or) exploitation of public-private partnership objects;

3.   PPP projects management;

4.   Transfer of property or property rights in order to implement the PPP project;

5.   Transfer of exclusive rights for copyrighted materials;

6.   Participation in creation of PPP company and its activity;

7.   Other forms, not contradicting to legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
